Please allow 48 hours for all order processing and shipping. 

All orders are shipped via USPS and should be received within 2 - 4 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Saturday delivery is only available if prearranged with Customer Service. Please advise shipping times are guides only and any delayed parcels are out of Cartella's control.

RETURNS INFORMATION

We always hope you love your Cartella pieces however we do understand that sometimes things aren't always the perfect fit!

If for any reason you need to return an item back to us, we will provide you with a store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where refunds are granted if applicable.
For example any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit code will be emailed to you for future use within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund posts.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We do replace items if they are damaged or not as described. If you need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email at info@cartella.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
