Do I need to set up an account before purchasing?
No, you don't need to set up an account, you can choose to checkout as a Guest instead. We recommend creating an account as this will allow you to move through the checkout process faster on your next purchase with us, with your address details and email preferences saved. 

 

What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by major Credit Cards (Visa, MC, Amex) or Apple pay. We use a secure third-party payment gateway (EWAY) to process our credit card transactions.

We use eWAY as our secure third-party payment gateway for processing credit card transactions. We do NOT store any of your credit card details, so you can have confidence that your information is kept secure and private when shopping with us.

Processing Payments

Orders will be processed as soon as payment is received and cleared. If payment is received on a public holiday, weekend or other non-banking day, your order will be processed the next business day.

Please allow 48 hours for all orders to be processed upon payment processing.
We reserve the right to change our prices on any style at our discretion   

 

When will my order be sent?
We advise that orders (unless stated as a pre-ordered style) will be processed within 48hours.

Orders are processed during business days only and will not be processed on weekends or public holidays. 

Please note, if your order contains a pre-order style, it will be shipped together when the pre-ordered style is available. If you wish to have your order sent separately, we advise to place multiple orders to receive the in stock item in time. 

 
How much does delivery cost?
$10 for ground shipping
$20 for second day
$30 for overnight

 
Do you ship Worldwide?
Cartella is currently only shipping domestically within the US right now.

 
Can I Track My Item?
Yes, once your item is packed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email accompanied with a unique tracking code and link, which you will be able to track online here to see exactly where your item is.

 

How do I know what my size is?
If you are unsure about your size, please refer to our sizing guide

 

What Is The Returns/Exchange Policy?
The policy on returns is store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where refunds are granted if applicable. For example, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit code will be emailed to you for future use within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank again. The contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund posts. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@cartellany.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do replace items if they are damaged or not as described. If you need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email at info@cartellany.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
